Many people are promised houses during election times by the different parties but they end up being disappointed because they never get what they were promised. They cause many people to lose hope and they end up not voting because most of them would say that they do not see the point of voting cause they do not see the change that they were promised. The ANC has made a lot of promises which can be seen as unrealistic because most of these promises are not realistic, not measurable, are not time bound and most of all are not achievable. It is sad that most people in our country still live in these conditions but they are promised better housing all the time. The government provides RDP houses but are they safe enough for people to live in?Some people have to wait for years before they receive their houses and some of them never get the houses due to corruption.Meaning that the officials will sell their house to other desperate people or even to foreign people.
